What does it mean to be a biomedical photographic communications major at RIT? What kind of images do you photograph? Well there are endless possibilities ranging from high magnification photos of subjects that interest you to the use of microscopes costing well over $250,000.00. For my final project I was interested in the anatomy of a Lily. Hibiscus are my favorite flowers, however I was unable to travel to Hawaii and retrieve my specimen. Throughout my website I will introduce and explain each part of the Lilium Species. To the right is a diagram I used to assist myself in labeling and photographing the right aspects of the flower. Click the links to the left to navigate through the anatomy of the Lilium Species.
