In Focus: Foldscope.  Up to 10 000 beta testers worldwide eagerly await their free example of the Foldscope, a widely publicised and ingenious design of single lens high power microscope using a card format with focussing, slide scanning and built-in LED with battery. The Micscape Editor is signed up for an example so hope to give a regularly updated blog style review of this microscope in due course.

We are delighted to receive contributions small or large from microscopy enthusiasts whether a novice or expert. If you have an image, tip or article, why not share it, this magazine is what you make it!
